a company, the Power Story Branding Process begins with an intensive one-day Power Story Branding
Workshop. Then, we work together to implement the power story that has come out
of this day-long seminar.
So, here is a sample schedule of
a Power Story Branding Workshop:
9:00 - 10:00 –What’s
Wrong, What Do You Want, and Where Do You Want To Be In Two Years?
Prof. Krevolin
leads the team through a discovery process in which the underlying problems of
the company and the ultimate goals are revealed. This will prove to be the
basis for all that follows.
10:00 – 11:00 -- Why We Learn What We Learn: The
Physiological and Psychological Basis of Brand Narratives.
Exploring the
latest discoveries in scientific research on brain chemistry and psychology,
Prof. Krevolin will trace how we, as human beings, physiologically respond and
are moved by story. Then, once the team has a deep understanding of
unconscious human responses to story, Prof. Krevolin will convey how business
people can use these autonomic responses to ally themselves with their consumers
and target audiences to generate an emotive response. In essence, Prof.
Krevolin will provide information on the psychological underpinnings of why
story really does persuade and influence.
11:00 - 12:00 – Discovering the Beating Heart of your Brand Narrative.
Prof. Krevolin will offer a series of
stirring questions and a deep probing of the very nature of the company until
all reach an agreement on the beating heart, spine and true essence of the brand. This will
give new meaning to the brand and provide the basis for all ensuing brand
values and executions of those values.
12:00 - 2:00 – LUNCH – Yummo!
2:00 - 3:30 –What
is Your Brand Narrative?
Prof. Krevolin
will work interactively with the team to elicit the most potent Power Brand
Story possible. He will show how storytelling is not arbitrary. It is based
upon rules, certain time-tested principles that apply to all types of stories.
Over the past twenty years, Prof. Krevolin has studied and developed these
precepts and will implement them with the team.
3:30 – 5:00 – Implementing The New Brand Narrative
With A New Marketing Plan.
Together, the
team will work to brainstorm a new marketing plan that implements their new
Power Brand Story embodying their brand heart, spine and values. Every aspect of this plan will reflect directly upon the
agreed upon brand's beating heart.
